The Story of Widows Ring

When my husband died - I searched for a Widow's Ring to honor his memory, to speak of our love, and to symbolize the tears and solitude I felt daily. His death was like an amputation of my heart and soul.

My search for "my widow's ring” was the one thing that held the unraveling parts of me together.

I believe that the Widow's ring enables me to accept the unacceptable, a visible and touchable symbol of enduring love, a vow to never forget. I believe with all my heart that wearing the "Widows Ring" gave me back my identity.

The Widows Ring Collection of black mourning rings are designs that were selected because of their symbolic meaning.

Black rings, bands made of black tears and broken hearts, a dark journey and black solitaires speak of my emotions. As an artist I was able to express my feelings in the black mourning jewelry.

There was no place in the entire world to find contempory mourning rings or black jewelry. I had to search for a way to make it my own.

While I searched, I found many others who felt the same and encouraged me to keep trying. I put my entire heart and soul into finding a way to ensure that that I, and any other grieving soul would have a beginning to heal their broken heart.

I am proud to offer my very own patented design- THE BROKEN HEART.  The Broken Heart ring was designed in memory of my husband.
